Join our 6-week self-defense program designed specifically for beginners! Held on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM, each session lasts over 60 minutes and builds progressively on essential techniques. learn concepts from Krav Maga, including striking, kicking, joint manipulation, and ground defense, while also mastering counters to various attacks. For just $109, equip yourself with a practical toolkit for self-defense gain confidence in your abilities

WHAT DO I  BRING / WEAR?

  • Bring Water/ Water will also be provided for you.

  • No uniforms are required.

  • Please wear something comfortable to train in.

  • No tank tops, no crop tops, no sleeveless shirts, no small shorts.

  • Males may want to wear groin cup for protection.

  • Bring 14-16oz Boxing Gloves
